 Munich Our Munich office is open daily in high season
(May-Sept) from 8 am to noon and 2 to 6 pm. Closed Sunday afternoons. During
the off season, open weekdays from 8 am to noon and 1 to 4 pm. Closed each
winter 23 Dec-01 Jan and 15 Jan–15 Feb. We are located behind the DB
Reisezentrum (travel center), next to Subway sandwich shop in the Munich
Hauptbahnhof, or Central Railway Station. To see a map of the station, click

 Berlin Our Berlin office is open daily in high season
(May-Aug) from 10 am to 7 pm and the rest of the year on weekdays from 11 am
to 6 pm. Closed 23 Dec-15 Feb
each winter. We are located in
the DB Reisezentrum (travel center) – lower level – at the Berlin Hauptbahnhof or Central Railway
